Having no idea pals what are you doing to face the issue, I've never had it. But for sure if I would face with it - I would submit a ticket for the help.
I have been getting the exact same issue, however I think the latest update seems to have cured it.

When I have a program with loads of presets, the presets I program in are not saving.
For example, if I have a preset and program it to whatever I want it to be and then press save, I'll then go onto another program and program that. However, once I go back onto that other program, the preset is completely different, and it hasn't remembered what I put in.
Is this EMU glitching because it's affecting everything, as it's not remembering my programs correctly?
What can I do to stop this?
(I am also up to date with the latest software)
