ENTTEC DMX USB PRO always disappear on EMU : Technical Support

hello,

I'm working with a brand new ENTTEC DMX USB PRO sending signal to EMU.

My problem is that after a few minutes of use the signal from the ENTTEC device disappear so i have to unplug and replug it all the time which seems anomaly unstable. I tried to change the USB cable leading to my Mac M1 (Sonoma 14.5) but it's the same problem. Is there a known issue on the ENTTEC DMX USB PRO about that? I need the signal to stay stable and being able to send information continuously for a long period of time..

This is pretty basic scenario, EMU works great with MIDI. And timeframe shouldn’t make any difference at all.

I tried the last beta today which seems a bit more stable. I will try it with longer sessions tomorrow to see if it’s efficient enough, cause my device nee to run for 10hours everyday for a month... I’m also mapping my MIDI signal from EMU to Ableton so it might be another parameter that doesn’t help EMU.

What is your EMU version? Try it on the latest beta version. If the behavior would be the same - a ticket is worth of submitting.

To be even more precise the interface might remain present in the parameter output section of EMU but goes as disabled and I can't click the button to enable it again.
