Hello, I purchased an open dmx usb and it is not recognized by the software. The PC sees the interface, I found it in the device manager, but when I tell it to look for it, it doesn't find it. can you help me??
Hello, that sounds like other application uses your device. Check that out and make it sure no other application uses it. Also would be good to try with another machine.
